Daniel Hynes grew up in Albany NY. Dan Hynes attended the University of Albany, and received a B.A. in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Attorney Hynes attended law school in Springfield MA at Western New Engalnd College. Upon graduating, he moved to Manchester New Hampshire, and was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. One of the primary reasons he moved to New Hampshire, is he fell in love with the "live free or die" mentality. Attorney Dan Hynes is a strong advocate for personal freedoms and civil rights/ civil liberties.

Attorney Dan Hynes previously worked at a small firm in Massachusetts, where he handled criminal law, personal injury law, workers compensation claims, and familiy law. Some of his notable experience during that time included representing a client charged with attempted murder, eventually getting all of the charges dismissed.

Attorney Daniel Hynes eventually began his own practice under the Law offices of Daniel Hynes where he handles all aspects of criminal law. From misdemeanors to felonies, bench trials, to jury trials, to appeals.
